The Data Input Information window and the Output Information window can be docked inside the main window or floated as a top-level window on the desktop.  The windows can be docked on top, bottom, left or right of the main window by the user. For example, in the following arrangement, the Data Input Information window is docked on top of the main window, while the Output Information window is docked at the bottom of the main window.

Clicking  button on the title bar of the information window will make the window floating.  Double clicking the title bar restores the window to it's docked position.

The Window>Reset Info Windows command clears information displayed in data input information window and output information window.  If the windows were docked to other areas, this command restores the windows to initial default area.  If either or both of the windows were closed, this command opens the window(s) and reset to default area.
